This photo shows before and after treatment/reduction of a incisor slant on a 15 year old horse.

 

We had to do a staged reduction, keeping a close watch, for any  colour changes within the tooth to avoid pulp exposure and Thermal damage.

Incisor slants can be caused by issues or pain with the molars. Causing the horse to eat on one side only and having uneven wear.
